- Stay data: Arrival and departure dates, number of guests (including the possible presence of minors).

3. Purposes of processing (Contact form management)
The data collected through the forms on this website are used for the following purposes:
- Availability Check form: Data relating to the stay period and the number of guests are processed in order to verify booking feasibility, prepare a tailored quote and manage pre-contractual stages.
- Legal obligations: In the event of a confirmed booking, the data will be used to comply with public security obligations (notification to the Police Headquarters’ “Alloggiati Web” portal) and tax obligations.
4. Legal basis of processing
Data processing is based on:
- User consent: given by ticking the mandatory checkbox in the contact forms.
- Performance of pre-contractual measures: in order to respond to quote or availability requests.
- Legal obligation: under applicable tourism and tax regulations.
5. Method and place of processing
Processing is carried out using IT and/or paper tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and in such a way as to guarantee data security. Data is stored at the Data Controller's premises.
6. Retention period
Data provided for information or availability requests that do not result in a booking will be deleted after [2 months]. In the event of a stay, the data will be retained for 10 years as required by tax regulations.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
Under the GDPR, the user has the right to:
- Access their data and receive a copy.
- Request rectification or erasure thereof.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
